Returning an Item Ordered in Error

We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund — provided the product is not personalised.


Important Notes

  • Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

  • Returns for items ordered in error must be sent at the customer’s own cost.

  • You must raise a return ticket before sending your item back to us.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Submit a Return Ticket
    Please raise a ticket via our Return Request Form.
    Include:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Whether you’d like an exchange or refund

  2. Wait for Our Confirmation
    Once your return has been authorised, you’ll receive an email confirming your request and next steps.

  3. Send the Item Back to Us
    Please return the incorrect item, including a copy of your confirmation email, to the address below:

Refunds or Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • If you’ve requested an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched promptly after processing.
