? How to Return a Product to Empire Medals

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Empire Medals. If for any reason you’d like to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and easy return process.

✅ Our Returns Policy

• Return Period: You can return most non-personalised items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Personalised or custom-made products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been engraved, customised, or made to order, unless they are faulty or damaged.

? How to Return Your Item

1. Contact Us First
   Please raise a ticket to our customer service team by clicking the linke below with:

   • Your order number

   • The item(s) you wish to return

   • The reason for the return (e.g., unwanted item, faulty, incorrect item received)

2. Wait for Authorisation
   Our team will confirm your return request and provide instructions, including the return address and reference number to include with your parcel.

3. Package and Send
   Securely repackage your item, including all original accessories and packaging.
   We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

? Refunds and Replacements

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• If your item was faulty or incorrect, we’ll also refund your return postage costs.

?️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

• A photo of the item and packaging

• Your order number
  We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
