Before Your Order Ships
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it for you and process a full refund.
What You Need to Do
Click here to raise a ticket and provide us with the following information:
Order number
Full name
Email address
Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve our service)
Important Information
Please submit your cancellation request as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you may be able to return it under our returns policy.
We'll confirm your cancellation via email once it's been processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
For custom medal orders that are already in production, cancellation may not be possible. We'll contact you to discuss your options.
