How long will my order take to arrive?

1. Standard non-personalised stock orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days for UK deliveries.

2. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.

3. Medal mounting orders - including medal mounting, ribbon bars and fully prepared boards is approximately 6 weeks from the date your order is placed. This timescale reflects the high demand for our service and the attention to detail required in every order we complete.

4. Framing order including medal cases and handmade to order and take approx 3/4 weeks.

Custom medal orders require approximately 12 weeks due to our traditional manufacturing process.
