Need to update your delivery address for an existing order? We're happy to help.

Before Your Order Ships

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address for you.

What You Need to Do

Click here to raise a ticket and provide us with the following information:

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address

• Current delivery address (as shown on your order)

• New delivery address (where you'd like us to send your order)

Important Information

• Please submit your request as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a new address.

• We'll confirm the address change via email once it's been updated in our system.

• If your order has already shipped, please contact the courier directly or wait for the parcel to be returned to us so we can resend it to your new address.
